Thanks for visiting!

Originally from Edinburgh, I currently live in the Scottish Borders where the inspiration for my own songs has come. I have also sung in opera, lieder recitals and oratorio -you will be able to hear extracts on my website- and if you like what you hear download extracts or the whole album.
Details of lieder, opera and oratorio arias I have recorded will feature in "About Me".
My other love is singing Scots songs and there are 2 albums I have recorded of Robert Burns' poems set to classical arrangements by Beethoven, Haydn and Weber.  The album "Classically Scottish" uses sampled sounds to re-create the violin, 'cello and piano accompaniments.   My other album " Confluence of Genius" is a recording of Burns' songs with piano accompaniment only and includes my husband Bryce Wilder singing solo on some of the tracks.
My compositions to date are sacred songs including a setting of "The Lord's my Shepherd" in 18th century Scots.  I am literally a "one-woman band" as I have composed, arranged and am playing the keyboard on all tracks.  Although I am a classically trained singer you will hear from my own works how I have crossed over into this "popular" genre. Whether it be Bach, Beethoven, Verdi, Schumann or Wilder I hope you enjoy what you hear and will be encouraged to download some of my recordings!
